Hmmm... If you look at the window on the bottom of the screen, the movie seems to be called "Asian Insemination."

Assuming above link is legitimate and not just Spam, thank you to whoever posted it. However, I have no way of knowing as it is hosted on Turbobit which does not allow sharing with people in the US. I tried a bunch of proxies to try to get access, but I kept getting errors (probably due to my lack of experience in using them). If someone would post it on File Monster, Deposit File,Media Share or some other file sharing site that allows US IPs to access it, you would have my thanks.

Not from asian insemination with the masking, so it's probably a JP mainland production of some kind. I thought maybe tokyo hot but they don't use masking either. I sent the image to a friend there to see if he could find out but he's on vacation until July and is off the net.
